All Unhappiness is Caused by Comparison

Think about that for a second……….

Have you ever had a day where everything was going very, very well. You felt you could conquer the whole world and then one moment you started comparing yourself to somebody who “had it better” and all of the sudden all you confidence and all your “I’m a winner” monologue went down the toilet.

You went from feeling awesome to feeling awful and discourage in a second.

Yep, that the human mind for you.

It loves to compare, and unhappiness is feeding off of it.

Know that you are ok where you are and comparing yourself always leads to discomfort.

You are who you supposed to be and wherever you are in life that’s where you are supposed to be.

Bring acceptance to everything that comes into your life.

Only from that peace of mind can you bring positive change into your outer circumstances.

Further more whatever bothers you in life, except pushing it away, complaining about it or resisting; EMBRACE it!

Adopt the attitude of:

“I don’t mind what is.”

This practice alone can transform your life for the better.

Hello Aki,

Please come again. This is best post I’ve ever read. Comparing yourself with someone else is indeed a recipe for disaster.
Happiness isn’t all about money but that is something many crave for. They get the money and then something else comes on board.
